Company providing behavioral health services to children and adults with special needs is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our clinical team. The Program Coordinator will work under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director. In this position, the program coordinator will assist in the day-to-day operations of our Department of Health programs – Child and Adolescent Mental Health Division (CAMHD) and Development Disabilities Division (DDD). This position will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the DOH programs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Maintains the master schedule of client services
  • Communicates client information to staff assigned to new cases
  • Assists with interviews and new hire orientation as needed
  • Process intake forms and assigns cases to appropriate staff
  • Updates and maintains client and parent files
  • Create and complete reports
  • Communicate with therapists, clients/families, care coordinators, etc. to ensure proper delivery of services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Service field required
  • 2 years of office experience required
  • Must be an excellent communicator, organized, detail-oriented, and a problem solver
  • Must be able to effectively manage time and handle various tasks at once
