Aloha!

Hawaii Behavioral Health is looking to relocate a number of BCBAs to our locations on the Hawaiian Islands as we are experiencing unprecedented growth and we’re hoping you could be one of them! Our company has been in business since 1993 and we were founded on the principle that every child deserves a chance for a great life.

We are developing an incredible team culture that enables everyone to truly make an impact in our organization, community, and in every client we service. On top of all of that, we’ve put together a relocation assistance program that will enable any credentialed BCBA to move themselves (and family) to Hawaii to join our team.

Here at HBH the benefits are boundless.

  • Market-leading health plan
  • Designated vacation and sick time
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Paid training/CEU Courses
  • Competitive compensation
  • Full Relocation Program (families included)
  • Variable billable hours requirements – you set your case load!

Unsure if a decision of this magnitude would be too much to commit to? No worries, we have many flexible programs available for people wanting to do 6 months, 12 months, etc. just so they can get a flavor of the Island Lifestyle to see if it’s right for them.

A day in the life:

  • Document therapy sessions in the medical record per program requirements.
  • Provide all services as a member of the multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct assessments, to include an FBA, and write sound treatment plan.
  • Identify barriers to discharge during initial assessment and ongoing interactions with the client and family.
  • Professional and good work ethic leading to timely completion of paper work to ensure seamless support to our clients.
  • You’ll have a strong ability to be creative in thinking of appropriate interventions to fit individual needs and cultural parameters.
  • Evaluate, establish and maintain cooperative relationships with community agencies and other resources.
  • Provide Supervision and supports to RBT’s.

If the following describes you, we’d love to chat:
