Created in 1993 to meet the needs of Hawaii's children, adults, and families.

Services
Autism Spectrum Services
Services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui. Services can include one-to-one learning opportunities, as well as social skills groups.
Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services
Services for children and youth with mental health, emotional, and/or behavioral needs on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui.
Early Intervention Services
Provides Positive Behavior Support (PBS) services for children ages 0 - 3 with significant challenging behavioral needs who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) on the islands of Oahu, Hawaii, Kauai, and Maui.
Medicaid I/DD Waiver Services
Provides Medicaid Waiver Services
for support in the home and community for eligible participants. Services assist with achieving participantʻs goals and increasing their quality of life.
Outpatient Mental Health Services
Provides individual, couples counseling, and family therapy via telehealth and in-person.
