Hawaii Behavioral Health and Special Olympics
In our ongoing efforts to promote health and well being to our community, Hawaii Behavioral Health is proud to sponsor of our state’s Special Olympics Organization. Our commitment to our individuals with special needs encompasses a holistic approach to service delivery, which is in part why we chose the Special Olympics as a venue to align ourselves with. Special Olympics is not only an opportunity to develop skills physically, but it is also an opportunity to participate in group activities, make friends, and build self-esteem, and have fun!
Our vast array of skilled providers are trained and experienced in working with individuals with special needs. These providers support athletes not only during Olympic games, but are onsite weekly to assist in practice sessions throughout the year.
